Hiring a taxi and guide will certainly make things easy. Your stomach must be empty after sightseeing; its time to get a taste of some Thai food. Enjoy buffet lunch at one of the finest hotels in Bangkok by the riverside.
Keep afternoon free for some shopping. Getting into one of the air-conditioned malls around Siam, its the best place to shop for clothes. Visit Pantip Palaza for computers and River City for antiques.
As the setting Sun gives way to the colorful neon lights, its time to slow down and relax. Refresh with a glass of your favorite drink. Move out and check the city nightlife and sample sumptuous Thai food.
Keep your Day-2 to explore the street life of the city. Explore the streets and local markets. Two most exciting things that you can include for Day-2 are a visit to the Snake Farm, and a half day canal tour. The tour will cover some exciting places like Thonburi Klongs, Wat Arun and Royal Barges Museum.
It is good idea to conclude your Bangkok tour with a sunset dinner cruise.
